Hello Everyone,
I have done recharge for the number 90956 13461 through Airtel App for the rupees 379 and made the payment through Google Pay on June 4th 2020. The amount has been deducted from my account but recharge not happened.
So I again did recharge for the same number on June 7th 2020 through a vendor. The recharge has been successfully done.
Now I contacted Google Pay and Airtel customer care for my amount refund of 379 rupees.. They both confirmed payment failed in the Airtel payment gateway. So Google Pay does not responsible for the this issue. The Airtel customer care has been accepted this from their end and raised a complaint.
The complaint id is – CONRC30619665773
Stil we didn’t get the amount back and there is no proper response from the customer care team.
I need my amount back. It has been a month now and stil I am waiting to get back my amount.
I request you to help me on this issue. I have tried many times contacting the customer service but no use.
