I placed an order (#71107700209484) for an Air Cooler (Bajaj 36 L Room/Personal Air Cooler (White, Platini Coolest – Torque Px 97) from Add Me Cart (https://www.addmecart.com/) on April 30, 2021 worth Rs.6199/-. I made an online payment and I was told on the site that it would be shipped within 6-7 working days but I received nothing. I got in touch with them via WhatsApp messages on (+91 6262 593 639) and they wouldn’t respond promptly. Please note that they do not have a call-in number. After a series of unsatisfactory conversations on WhatsApp, I asked them to cancel my order on 12.05.2021, to which they asked me to raise a request via email to info@addmecart.com. I sent them the cancellation mail requesting a refund on 14.05.2021 and it has yet not been resolved. They replied to my email only to ask for reasons behind the cancellation. I have been prompt with my responses but they have stopped responding now. They claim to be attending to customers within 48hours of raising a complaint and here it has been 13days now since my formal request. Please guide me to the next steps. I really need to get my money out of these people.
