I have bought 1st & 2nd class CBSE board program for my ward with 14 days trial period. But, as I could not find it worthy for my child I immediately raised cancellation request to byjus with request no. 48702337 on 13th August, 2023 through call to mentor helpline and 2nd request was raised with request no. 48765172 on 15th August, 2023 through email to support@byjus.com.
But, even after constant follow ups got just one reply from them saying we are escalating your request to high priority and even after this I didn’t hear anything from byjus. So, Now I need the total refund as I have already raised a cancellation request within 14 days trial period.
