- By mistake I have done 4450/- to airtel ,actually I have to pay 43/-rupees actually my mobile display is broken I didn’t seen it taken 44 /- rupees and I have typed 50/- rupees I got otp and I did it but when I got sms from my bank that 4450 /- debit from my account to airtel …By mistake it’s happen by me I didn’t seen because of my mobile ..I called up to airtel customer care immediately on 9th sept 2020 and explain what went wrong by me ..airtel customer care taken my request for refund nd told me with in 10day I get back money to my account even there ask me mode of payment i said online to my account .after 10 day no refund I recived I calleup 3time to airtel customer care yestday also my complain take she told me my money will be refund .but 24hr gone still no money I recived the amount to be refund to me is 4400 only …from today morning I was calling to airtel customer care but no call lefting ..help me to get refund my money…I told to customer care I will be paying on time .By mistake it’s happen just refund me 4400 but airtel not responding to my complain no action taken for refund amount ..I really disappointed with this airtel service ….just need my refund 4400/- 14days over….waiting for reply
