I have bought 2nd-4th class CBSE board program for my ward with 14 days trial period. But, as I could not find it worthy for my child I immediately raised cancellation request to byjus on 13th August, 2022 through call to mentor helpline and email.
After many time discussion we had agree to pay Rs.20000 and closed the IIFFL loan .
I had send the Many reminders regarding NOC but till date we have not received.
Today I have received the message from bank regarding overdues payments.
Even after constant follow ups got just one reply from them saying we are escalating your request to high priority and even after this I didn’t hear anything from byjus. So, Now I need the NOC immediately and close loan .
I would like to request you pls look and close the same immediately.
