Dear Sir
We procurred few itmes from Amazon and realised it was not the right one.
Amazon accepted for a refund and refunded the money in my wallet.
I am not able to use the money in wallet for other things except for buying things again from amazon which i do not want to do.
Its my money why is amazon forcing me to buy fron them. I will buy if i want to and will not if i dont want to.
Secondly the cuatomer support executive dis bot give me an answer and was silent i told her i wint disconnect the call and this will affect your productivity for which she disconnected the call.
I know how corporate works and customer support geta paid to retain and they will try tbeir level best to not give me my money back. Hence filing a complaint.
I want an option to send my money back to my bank account.
