I had booked a ticket from Pune to Chennai via Banglore through happyfares.in. The flights got rescheduled thrice due to operational difficulties and the final time was something extremely inconvenient for me to travel. So I cancelled the flight altogether.
Now I’ve not gotten the full refund and happyfares deducted INR 400 from whatever I was getting through the airlines quoting that it was through them I booked the ticket. This amount wasn’t mentioned anywhere in my ticket and this agent is making up rules to not give the remaining money. Extremely disappointing and rude service with horrible customer care.
