I was booked one Air ticket 23 March 2020 from Paytm unfortunately that ticket was cancelled due to COVID reason but untill I’m not get my refund money I’m already verified airlines they told me already refunded last October 2020 for you agency,but Paytm didn’t give any refund from their side, I’m already called Paytm care and sent so many emails for Paytm care but no proper response from Paytm side.
I’m really disappointed for this issue and I can’t struggle from Paytm please resolve my problem
