Text of Complaint by Soniya Adav:

My mobile number firstly was deactivated by vodafone without any prior message or call. On 3rd April, 2019 I went to the gallery in Vileparle East at noon. My token no. Was 46 and when my turn came i explained the executive my situation to which she said i cant continue my card to prepaid and i have to take a new POSTPAID CONNECTION DUE TO COMPANIES POLICIES COMPULSARILY, TO WHICH I TOO AGREED. I was in URGENT NEED of the number so i did agree . She handed me over the card saying it will b acyivated in next 24 hrs. Its almost 36 hrs it hasnt activated yet. I tried to call for activating it shows ur not registered on network. I called various helpline . They are of no use as they cant evn see that i was handed over with a new sim card and they have no information abt it. I am a student pilot and my very important result has been sent to me by DGCA on that number. I am mentally and emotionally suffering because of the company and i need the compensation for the same. I hereby attatch the sim details given to me.
