I had Vodafone NBN installation done about month ago
The wiring inside my unit was stuck to the roof with double sided tape
A few weeks down the track the wiring started to fall down
i contacted Vodafone and was told to send photos to their service team
Today my wife rang Vodafone and they said they won’t do anything it’s up to us to find someone to fix this at our cost
My wife threatened to cancel our account but they said so what
