Text of Complaint by Archana Sunil Rajbhoj:

took a loan on navi cash loan app
Of 1.80 lacs with intrest of 5.5k
I cleared almost 6 emi after that i lost my job and fall in debt
Then they started call me and send WhatsApp msg . Calls to my contact, use abusive language
After several harassment message they come to my home on 26th Dec 2022 at 9.30pm when I ask then it’s not right time to go anyone home for collection then he say u r not at home till 8pm so he and his colleague come at 9.30pm. i told them I don’t have job and have weak financial situation i can’t pay but he forced me to pay till today 30th Dec 2022.
He also say me that if u not pay or receiving calls then company have right to get all ur information they hack mobile and by adhar card number they track me and my husband contact and location, he say if i can’t pay then they call on my contact, go to my parents and in laws home at nashik Andheri and harras them also please help me they are very bad people they will spoil our life.
I am only single women live in home loanly till 8pm I am in fear please help me my father have heart problem and my mother in law is cancer patient, pls save us i already give NC against recovery person but police say u give them their money after payment also they harras then police will help us but now I don’t have money to pay don’t understand what to do

  1. Very Bad Recovery system .Our Govt Should some step to stop this type of recovery . Please Approach to RBI complain portal . Ultimate step to go Lokaadalat . NBFC Loan App violating RBI guidlines not following monetary policy high interest charges 36% to 40% PA .
