i have been on vodafone red 349 plan from past 3 years and at the time of connection it has national roaming charges applicable but when government removed regulation of roaming charges and made it free i did not get any information /intimation from customer provider that if i continue on old plan i ll get charged for roaming as well.so for the past 2 yrs as so i have been charged with roaming even there is no regulation on it.I need to know why this has not been removing from bill and i need refund for all the extra money i have been charged for the last 2 years or so
