Text of Complaint by Prasanth:

Recently I received a sms from Vodafone, telling me about their their new ‘redx’ plan, which offered one year Netflix free. I took it and new tariff got activated with in minutes. For activating Netflix subscription I was asked to go to redbox in my Vodafone app. I downloaded the app, but the app never got started working. It always shows the message that they have some technical issues.. this is frustrating and kind of cheating.
