I have purchased foldable chair for Rs 589 in facebook add from myshopify.com.
Payment was done since no COD option was there but it’s been more than 10 days I have not received the product.
On Successful payment they have shared link on my mobile number to track status once order is shipped but that link is not working.
Please either take some concrete action or else need to go court to issue notice against Facebook adds trying to fool customer or people willing to pay and not getting product.
They are creating spam under the nose of government and prestigious social networking site.
