Text of Complaint by Shubham Garg:

I ordered a shirt on @myntra & get delivered on 26th June but the product I got is different than the one I ordered.

So, I wanted to exchange but the product is out of stock then I requested for return & gave the comment of different product.

But when the delivery boy came for pick up he said the product is different than the image & I said that’s why I’m returning it but he refused to pick up!

Now the problem is, even their customer care is not solving my problem.

They aren’t helping me. First time I requested on 26th & he came for pick up on 27th but now till today on 1st July my return request is still on hold & my money is again stuck.

Now I’m understanding when the ordered product is sold out they send whatever they have look alike & then customers have to suffer for their product or their money but they are still on their policy of fraud and cheating!
