i ordered a nike track pants from myntra on 20th june . and i got the product on 28th june. which is a used product. not a fresh pone. i created a return request and returned back to myntra. then i got a mail that the return got rejected. the item will re ship back to me. then i call the customer care executive. and he told me that. after getting the item you can create a return request again and once it reached them you will get your money back. after the re shipping
i got the used product on 3rd june.
but the return request has been disabled so i couldn’t create a return request.
so i called the customer service. without telling nothing they told me that wait for 72 hours to study the issue. after 72 hours there was no communication from them. then i called the cutomer care then they told me to wait 24 hours more.
then i waited then i called yesterday again then again they told me that wait for more 24 hours. but i refused to wait. then only they hand over the call to their escalating supervisor then he told me that sir, please wait for 24 hours in the mean time our case manager will call you regarding your concern . he will call in 9-9 time zone which is he works .
yet today i didn’t got any mail or call from myntra. after the 9 pm, few minutes before i called the customer care agaian and talked toa escalating supervisor. then he told me that there only 1 case manager who is spealices in this tipe of complaints. so he cant call me in the time frame. while he may need to call as much as 2000 calls a aday . so he couldnt got time to call me.
definitley he will call me tomorrow . so you need to wait for 24 hours.
i was waiting over 100+ hours now. still there no mail or calls or messages regarding my concern .
am calling myntra everyday to know about my return status.
they don’t have any values for customers. they just rob us without giving nothing. then they
cannot give our money back
