I have filed multiple complaints about Myntra not coming to pick up one of the recent purchases I had made from Myntra. I had placed multiple return requests, but nobody comes to pick up the item. And I get a message that the pickup was canceled as the customer was satisfied with the product. I have escalated it to their senior managers as well. But still, that remains unaddressed.
