I have returned one product and return refund of the product is not processed as it seems their systems are faulty. They confirm that the return has been picked up. It has been 1 week since the product is returned. Every time I call customer they assure within 24 hours job will be done and I will be intimated about the progress made. but I do not receive any call. This is causing huge stress and I am not able to fulfill my responsibilities at office. I hold them responsible for this mental trauma.
