I ordered a jeans from Roadster Brand from Myntra. Since its fit was not good I placed it for return and the delivery person from myntra came and I gave them the pickup. However 2 days later I received a message that my pickup for return of the product had failed. We checked with our security guard and found that the delivery person had put a fake contact number in the visitors entry register. We wrote several mails and called myntra support. But we were told that they had checked on their side and had not received any return product. The delivery person knew my name and specifically asked for the product. Myntra has hired pathetic staff and are cheating customers without taking any accountability.
