I have placed an order in Myntra. Order id is 1232471-3339951-8939701 I have ordered 4 products. I have received the order on 5th April, 2023. Out of which I raised return request of 2 products on the same day I.e. 5th April.
1. Roadster blue straight high rise pleated trouser.
2. Roadster Women Olive Green Slim Fit Cargo Style Crop Joggers
Both the products were picked up on the same date i. e. 5th April, same time by the wishmaster after checking the product by himself.
I got refund of the roadster blue trouser on the same day. And my other return I.e. roadster Olive Green Joggers was kept on hold and later rejected on 7th stating that due to wrong product. I repeatedly contacted the customer stating that I have returned the correct product. But, they didn’t help me.
After continously connecting to the customer service I came to know that I need to contact myntra after the product is reshipped to me for further investigation.
I waited for the reshipment, and I received the reshipped item on 17th April. But to my surprise when I opened it , it was the roadster blue trouser that I have returned on 5th and the refund is processed against it, was inside the reshipped bag instead of the olive joggers. Whereas, I returned both the products correctly and separately. It is really shocking how the other product had come and that too there was no tag and the product was not in a good condition.
After receiving the reshipped item, it is a clear scenario that after picked up there is some glitch or confusion while doing the quality check and blue trouser was deposited against the Olive Joggers.
So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful. It is really annoying to do repeated follow ups. And myntra is not even giving any priority to their elite customers. I haven’t received any proper response from Myntra customer care.
