I had placed an order for a high value watch from Myntra, but i received an old and torn out product.
When asked for an exchange/refund, the product was rejected by the return pick up guy due to obvious reason the product did not match the product I ordered.
Now when raised a complaint twice, Myntra it’s not their fault and this product was a paid order. Hence, i am losing out on money with no watch in hand.
Request you to please help me with this so that I either receive the product or get a complete refund.
