Purchased brown and beige Anouk kurta set from myntra on Aug 5 20220and got delivered on Aug 12, 2022(for delivery also i called delivery agent many time, he was very irresponsible), when i opened the sealed packet i found that set was partial i.e, trouser was not there with kurta. Immediately i raised complained throu myntra customer care number.. They gave me complaint no. Issue IN22081517125159825098 and told me to wait till 17 aug 2022 they will revert. Then on 15 aug i recd the notification stating “Myntra15 Aug, 05:21 pm

– As per the packaging footage, the correct product was shipped.
– The product was sealed in tampered-proof packaging.
– No instance of package tampering was reported.

Again i contacted again they created complaint IN22081717170428444823
And told me to wait till 22 Aug 2022. Finally on 22 aug i got same response from myntra stating”

Then i finally called to escalation team, they said they cant help me with my refund as investigation team had declined ur request and when i asked them to provide me cliping of packaging they denied.. Now i m stucked and i felt like being cheated by myntra.
I really looking for help from this forum as i am cheated by myntra .
