I had placed the order for a pack of 3 Men Tshirt of Brand Here & Now on May 5. The product was delivered on and I immediately opened the packet to see the product. On opening the product, I informed the Myntra delivery boy immediately who was still at my door that there were only 2 tshirts instead of 3 which I had ordered and he asked me to place a return request since he had already delivered the product. I placed the return request the same day and on the comment section on the return request page, it was clearly mentioned that Ive received 2 used/badly crushed tshirts instead of 3 originally ordered. The guy came to pickup the product on May 14 and informed me that since a complaint has not been registered with the customer care, he will be taking the product the next day once the complaint has been registered. I called the customer care and explained the issue to them. After keeping me on hold for a while, they say that since the complaint was not registered within 48 hours, they will not be accepting the return. I even asked them to deliver the missing product which they wont. Isnt it pretty obvious that there was genuine issue which is why the return request was placed the same day as the delivery. Isnt it absolutely obvious that there was a genuine missing item which was clearly mentioned with the return request comment. Horrible customer service and cheating the customer isnt what should be entertained by any company and Im hoping the regulatory authority will do the needful to resolve the matter.
