I ordered a pair of Nike shoes worth ₹6141 along with some other products on 16 August 2022. On 17th the app showed that my order has been delivered but I have not received the shoes whereas rest of the products had been delivered. This might be a shipment issue or whatever but Myntra is adamant that no refunds can be claimed since the product was delivered. They keep repeating the same thing and keep stalling any further communications.
