I purchased a twenty one dresses joggers and I was delivered a Trousers and I complained about it and the pick up was done on 9th march I complained the very same day as the portal wasn’t updated of the status I was told not to worry about it. I was told to get a solution by 15th then by 17th and on 19th I get a mail saying your account is suspended and we can’t issue any return or refund. First of all I was delivered a wrong product then the problem with the update of the pickup on portal wasn’t there and now they are not returning my money.
This is a very disappointing case I have made several purchases with myntra but have never gone through such trouble.
Please check with the issue and let me know.
I am supposed to get a refund since the product was picked up on 9th March itself.
