I ordered a hopscotch thermal set. And received Eteenz brand with same image as shown on their website. The pickup guy matched the brand which ofcourse dint match. Is it my (customer) fault that they sent wrong brand. The customer care is no help,as they claim after seeing to the images I uploaded that they have sent the right product with right brand. As if I (customer) have manufactured it at my place with my hands.
