On 23.06.2022 at 9:14 pm, I had made a payment of Rs. 2470 from my Sodexo celebrations card towards a purchase on Myntra app. The amount got deducted but the order was not placed. I immediately raised the query with Myntra customer care but they asked me to wait for 48 hours for the refund. On 25.06.2021 at 9:30 pm (after 48hours), I again contacted the Myntra’s customer care but they denied receiving any amount. I called up Sodexo customer care to check the same but they replied that the said amount has been received by Myntra.
I raised a chat complain with Myntra on their app and I haven’t received any valid reasoning except for they have not received the amount.
I further had a talk with Sodexo customer care to which they asked for a email confirmation from Myntra on the matter to look into the same.
Again when I contacted Myntra’s customer care, they are saying they cannot give any email confirmation and neither any of their supervisors have contacted me.
I feel being footballed by Myntra and the inaction of Myntra’s executives proves it.
Request for an early resolution so that I can get back my Rs. 2470.
