I placed a order from myntra and the order ID is Order ID # 1216093 45690383039803, the shoes I received was a size small I sent it back for a exchange but never came back I called them daily but no one seems to help me. First it was said the shoes was received in a damaged way later said we are unable to deliver your order. When I spoke to the customer service they said they logistic says the shoes was not received. So definitely it’s the delivery agents fault for not doing his job and he gets paid for doing this. The number that I got a call from is +911169097804. Now myntra dosent want to help me and they say we can refund the amount or send the shoes as the shoes is with the customer. They are lying to me and they have scamed me. I need help please.
