My last order which was cancelled on June 11th 2023 Order ID – 1238297-9197470-9360103. I have received a transfer of Rs 92 as Myntra credit for this order, however the balance of Rs 5006 which was to be transferred to the sourceas not been credited to my account. As per Myntra executives refund has been initiated on 11th June itself.
I have been in touch with the help center since then but there has been no resolve to this issue, There is a ticket (IN23062609310314918723) that was raised on 26th June 2023 and I was supposed to receive information on the URN for the refund that was initiated by Myntra by 5th July 2023. However when I did not hear from Myntra on 5th July I tried calling and messaging on the app even dropped an email then I was asked to wait for 2 business days again on 7th July 2023 since i did not hear from anyone I contacted help center and again I was asked to wait for 3 business days. What is going on? If refund has been initiated then why is it taking so much time to provide a URN number?
