On 10 the January 2023 , i order a mast and harbour blazer worth 3,900 and it reaches me on 12 Jan , when it come i go to my room and immediately check the blazer and I saw there was a small burn hole near arm , so I immediately open Myntra app and try to return it and I enter the reason that it was damage and they ask for picture so I send it to them , so after telling all these things in in return section i was now waiting for them so that they I’ll take it back and refund my money but it doesn’t happen after some hours a message pop up that my return request is cancelled , i don’t know why . So again i try to return it but this time in reason section i mentioned that it is a used product , so return approved and on 14 Jan morning agent came and take it , but after some hour Myntra message me that they won’t give me the refund because the product doesn’t qualify quality check . Now I’m really dipressed i put my all savings to buy this blazer , please help to get my money back .
