I ordered a boots from Myntra but i received a broken box and worn out soles and so i eventually returned the boots. The pick up agent picked up my shoes and the status shown on my app is refund on hold and aren’t giving back my refund. They sent me a bad product and apparently now the return product does not pass the detailed quality check that they conduct. Nice way of Myntra to scam customer and loot their money. My refund of rupees 1919 is on hold.
