Myntra has declined my return request for my show of Puma brand worth of 1781. I received a smaller size and I wanted to exchange it with a bigger size and when I placed a exchange request the executive came and declined my pickup request. Also, he mentioned the reason to myntra that the shoe is used even though it was brand new and nobody wore it for a single time. After that when I tried placing another request then too it was declined and they rejected my exchange and refund request. Please do help us out with this issue.
