Text of Complaint by Manisha Agrawal:

I have placed an order for handbag with Myntra on 27th May 2023. The product is on 6 month warranty. After use for 1 month only, the product colour started coming out, hence i raised the concern with Myntra to avail warranty services and get the bag replaced/ returned.
Myntra confirmed that they will return and refund the value for the product, for which they scheduled the return pickup. I have communicated Myntra about the address change, however, Myntra executive incorrectly raised the return to the old address (address where it was originally delivered).
First pick was scheduled on 11th July 2023. Since then I have been calling Myntra support and asking them to either update the address or cancel the return request. Myntra only says that its not with them now, and only delivery executive can cancel the request. I asked delivery executive as well to cancel but he isnt able to cancel due to non-availiabilty of option to him.
The pickup got rescheduled 5-6 times now – 11th July, 18th July, 26th Jul, 6th Aug and 9 Aug. Delivery person everytime comes to the old address and harasses the people there, however Myntra is not at all supporting.
Please help in getting this issue resolved, looks like myntra dont want to extend the warranty option to customers and hence doing the harassment .
