I received a product on Oct 08, 2022 and the product found was damaged. I requested for an exchange on the same day after finding the damage and they suggested for a return & refund. The order was supposed to be picked up by Oct 13, 2022. The courier partner didn’t pick up the order and not even today. Myntra canceled the return and asked me to wait until Oct 18, 2022 until they find a solution. And now they are asking me to ship the product to them all by myself.
