On June 12, the status of one of my Myntra orders got updated as delivered on the app. However, there was no out of delivery message sent to me which usually comprises of the contact information of the delivery agent. Additionally, no delivery confirmation message/email was sent to me. There was no OTP associated with the order and the package was worth 4000 INR approximately. I have tried contacting the Myntra Customer Team multiple times but everytime I have being told that since logistic team has confirmed delivery, Myntra will not be able to compensate for the same. I strongly believe that Myntra has misplaced my order since nobody from Myntra entered my society on that particular date. They need to either pay me for the order or send another package to my address.
