Text of Complaint by Arbidha aBabul:

I had ordered items on September 1st, received all items except 2. Which is marked as delivered on Sep 6th, but I haven’t received it.
Every time I raise the issue with Myntra, they keep closing the issue saying it’s delivered. When I clearly have not received it.
Finding it hard to get my refund or the product.
Customer care, is of no use. I’m not sure how many customers, they have scammed like this.
Hope Myntra takes some responsibility and puts their customers input into consideration.
