Hi,

I have purchased Highlander Navy blue shoes on June 14th for 597 Rs from Myntra site and shoes were delivered. However size was not fit and I have raised an exchange and Myntra has accepted the exchange. At the time of exchange – delivery agent came in and verified the shoes with size fit issue and stated quality check is failed and damaged product without explaining what exactly the quality check means and where is the damage and reject the product exchange and left my place. I’m doing continuous follow ups with Myntra customer care but not helpful and relying on delivery agent comments – they are simply stating quality check failed. Delivery agent is not a qualified person to determine the quality and unable to explain the damage. Myntra neither exchanging nor refunding my money back. Attached the Invoice and shoe images and they are simply harassing from last 10 days. Delivery agent was very rude with my wife too. Could you please look into my case and order Myntra to refund my money back and also please severe action for the delivery agent rude behavior and harassment by Myntra. Thank you in advance for your support.
