I ordered a shoe from myntra worth 1000 . It was delivered in good condition and I liked it but it was a bit uncomfortable so I decided to return it .I made a return request. After a few days a delivery guy was there to pickup my product but he refused to take the product back by saying it’s used and you should first talk to customer care . The product was in good condition with all tags and box. And now customer support is not helping me , they are just saying we are sorry we can’t help you .and I’m not able to return it.
