As my Myntra account is deactivated before my products are delivered before delivery of products only I had connected with Myntra customer care agent as my account is showing deactivated if I accept the delivery can I exchange size or return the product and they said yes sir you can. And I had asked them 10 to 14 times regarding this , they said yes sir you can. So accepted the delivery now I had conversation with them yesterday they are saying as your account is deactivated we can’t help you in this for return of the product. I want to raise this complaint because they are simply wasting time , trust, money of a consumer. Order ID: 127948396347900145003
