Based on Myntra, there internal policy updated which was no where disclosed to the customers (nor on my account) and charged 300 Rs. per order as convenience fees stating that from last 10 transactions the return rate was higher as compared to successful transaction that means it is simply harassment to the customer to accept the unwanted/unacceptable products even products are having “return and exchange policy”.
