Myntra has delivered incomplete product and when I raised issue they deactivated my account

Text of Complaint by Hemlata Soni:

I’ve ordered a dress worth of 2999₹ from myntra. I’ve got an incomplete package where one item was missing from my dress. I’ve registered the complaints through myntra customer care and help centre but did not get any resolution. I was assured that they’ll either take their product back and will initiate a refund to me or they will send me a complete product replacement. But despite of so many complaints I did not get any resolution and they have deactivated my account permanently for stopping me to get the details of my issue
