I have a Gift card of amount 5K. out of this Rs. 3088 is remaining however the account in which this coupon was added, was suspended by Myntra because it did not have email/phone number. After multiple follow-ups and explanation, they were able to find the account and assured to refund in in next 10 business days. Since then I am only getting the update to wait for two more business days. There are not refunding the amount and not even providing any update as in where is it stuck and why.
