ORDERED A PRODUCT WITH THEM, BUT RECEIVED A WHOLE DIFFERENT USED FAKE PRODUCT WITHOUT ANY TAGS ATTACHED TO IT.. COMPLAINED WITH THEM BUT RESPONSE WAS NOT GOOD THEY ARE CHEATING CUSTOMERS WITH FAKE PRODUCTS,

seller did sent the fake used/product, don’t know whether person who packed done this fraud or the company but its the company’s responsibility to deliver the product ordered for the price paid. paid amount : 1959 and received a fake product which they are denying. please help me with this.
