I received a wrong product (Ed Hardy jeans) against my order no. 116304442717209720201 from Myntra on 25-Jan-2021. Moreover, price tag was missing in the delivered product.
Subsequently, I called Myntra next day on 26-Jan-21 and registered my complaint informing about the loophole at their end but to my dismay today on 30-Jan-2021, Myntra’s representative told me that there is no record of my call.
I had also shared the pics of wrong product in App but Myntra’s representative told that it is not received.
I received email today from [email protected] that if price tag is not available, invoice pasted in the transparent plastic can be referred but Myntra’s representative denied this too today and my product was not exchanged as delivery boy refused to accept it due to unavailability of price tag.
This is really pathetic customer service and Myntra is just cheating with me as wrong product without price tag was deliberately delivered so that I fail to return it.
I request Consumer Complaint Court to intervene and arrange for refund/exchange of jeans. Its really not possible for me chase Myntra due to my busy work schedule.

Yes i have same problem, i ordered two pairs of shoes provogue.
Both arrived without tag.
One was of wrong color. The other pair was defective.
Unable to return any of them now.
