We have placed an order on myntra US polo Assn. kids worth 1399 Rs. we received the damaged product on 11 oct and within hours we placed the return request. Delivery boy didn’t pick up and said Myntra guys will never process this so he didn’t even opened and checked. Later the put it on hold and when I called them they said will not process refund because you damaged it and not us… this is cheating and fraud. All tags are intact so it’s quite obvious we have not used for even 5 mins ..
