Myntra deactivates customers Myntra accounts without any prior notice or citing any valid reason. I have heard from many people that Myntra does so to reduce the amount of returns and refund. These online platforms are compelling customers to buy whatever we order inspite of portraying easy returns and refunds. If these exploitation doesn’t stop from Myntra. Kindly bring them some strict rules and fines for not validating the right to information when asked by the customer. Also file a case against them as many customers are facing such exploitation issue.
