I order three blazers on 11th December 2021 from myntra app and cancelled 2 of them immediately and asked for the refund as I paid the money online. With that, the product that was delivered was wrong. Consequently I asked for its refund also but that product has not been picked up yet, also its been 15 days now and still they have not transferred my other two cancelled products yet. I am feeling helpless as everytime I call them on their call center they say the same thing that it is under process. Kindly help.
