Myntra didn’t deliver my order to me and marked order as delivered, 5 days and no resolution

Text of Complaint by Abhishek Chaurasia:

On friday, 23rd June, Myntra delivery agent shows up at my sister’s house and asks order has come in the name of “Abhishek”. My sister’s old mother-n-law didn’t know my first name and said no Abhishek lives here. So, delivery agent went away with the order and didn’t call the number of my sister and marked product as delivered. My sister and other family members were not at home. I wanted to surprise my sister with a gift but Myntra delivery agent did this fraud.

I checked back at my Myntra account for delivery on saturday and it showed delivered. I was surpised as I didn’t hear from sister yet. I pinged her and to my surprise got to know about the fraud. I immediately raised a complaint on Myntra customer service, to which they said resolution will be done by 28th June. On 28th June, they closed the ticket without any communication. When I asked, they said sorry investigation said product is delivered. I further complained and they gave new timline of 29th June for resolution/refund. Today is 29th and now they are saying give us 24-48 hours more on the resolution. This is online fraud. I want my money back and further payment as well for the torture myntra is doing.
