I ordered an item from Myntra and paid for an item at the same time. Product was to be delivered on 17-Sept-2022 and it is not delivered till date. They are not issuing the refund for the same. I have invested enough time on thier customer care asking for refund but all in vain. I raised it on twitter as well but no resolution. Please help with thr legal action against the company as it is causing me mental agony.
