Text of Complaint by Nitish pal:

I have ordered a pair of Nike shoes on 20april with Order ID # 1233542 14503278413903 but I received different product so I tried to return the product so the next dilevery boy came and refuses to pickup saying that this is not the actual product which is shown in picture so I called customer executive several time after so many call on 24 April product is picked up in the evening around 4-6pm but the status in the Myntra app is showing return pickup failed so I called customer care next day they said wait for 48hrs the issue will be resolved but their is no update from their side so I called again they give me 48hrs again but after so much wait of 1month they said that the product is not picked up and not received by their logistics teams.
